How does the selling proccess work
Just bring in the item you wish to sell as well as a valid state I.D. We’ll evaluate your items and have an open, fair discussion to reach an agreement on the price. Once we settle on a number you’re happy with, you’ll simply sign and collect your cash!
What condition does my item need to be?
We buy items in a wide range of conditions, but the better the condition, the higher the offer. Items should be clean, functional, and include any accessories they originally came with. Normal wear is perfectly fine, but we generally cannot purchase items that are heavily damaged, non-working, or missing essential parts. If you're unsure about your item’s condition, feel free to bring it in—we’ll be happy to take a look and give you an honest evaluation.
How do you determine the value of my item?
We evaluate each item based on its current market value, condition, brand, and how well it’s selling locally. For certain items—like gold, electronics, tools, and jewelry—we also check current market prices and use industry-specific testing or authentication tools. After reviewing all these factors, we make a fair, competitive offer based on what we can reasonably resell the item for. Our goal is to be transparent and give you the best value possible.
What forms of payment do you offer? (Cash, check, etc.)
We primarily pay in cash for most purchases. For larger transactions over $4,000, we issue a check for security and verification purposes. No other payment methods are offered at this time.
Do you negotiate on the price you offer?
Yes! Our offers are based on the item’s condition, market value, and resale potential, but we do allow for a little negotiation. If you have additional information about your item—like original accessories, receipts, or recent appraisals—we’re happy to consider it and adjust the offer when appropriate.
Is the selling process private and confidential?
Yes! Your privacy is important to us. All transactions are handled discreetly, and your personal information is kept secure and confidential in accordance with local regulations. We never share your details with outside parties, and your sale is conducted professionally and respectfully.
What’s the difference between selling and pawning an item?
When you sell an item, you get cash for your item instantly, and it becomes the pawnshop’s property—there’s no way to get it back
When you pawn an item, you’re using it as collateral for a loan. You get cash for a set period, and if you repay the loan plus interest, you can reclaim your item. If you don’t repay, the item becomes the pawnshop’s property.
Can I change my mind after selling an item?
Once an item is sold, it becomes the shops property, so we’re not able to reverse the sale. We recommend double-checking that you’re ready to sell before completing the transaction.
